Ratish has just come back from a six month long internship program in France. He worked in the lab of Dr Laurence Mathieu in Nancy, through the Nicolas Baudin internships initiative. Over the six months, he investigated the inactivation of bacteria by an electrochemical cell using flow cytometry. While in Europe, Ratish also attended the 16th International Water Association Leading Edge Conference on Water and Wastewater Technologies in Edinburgh, UK.
