Riley won the Australian Society for Antimicrobials 2018 travel award to attend the 20th Annual Scientific Meeting - Antimicrobials 2019. Riley travelled to Sydney to present his paper titled “Multiple introductions of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus ST612 into Western Australia associated with both human and equine reservoirs”.
